Alex leads policy engagement and strategy at the Stellar Development Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding equitable access to the global financial system through blockchain technology. He also focuses on strategic initiatives.
He previously served at the Federal Reserve, where he contributed to its research on digital dollars and payments. He began his career at Société Générale, working on structured financial products. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a master’s degree from the University of Chicago.
