Anthony is a payments and financial infrastructure expert with over 20 years’ experience connecting global banks, non-banking financial institutions, and corporates to banking infrastructure, with the last 8+ years focused on blockchain and DLT.
He led the Product team at Ripple for the launch of their USD-backed stablecoin (RLUSD) and drove the strategy for the Ripple CBDC Platform, collaborating with central banks, monetary authorities, and banks to develop requirements and implement tokenized money projects. Anthony was also the author of the RippleNet Rulebook, establishing a standardized framework for cross-border payments.
Now an independent consultant and advisor, he joins Global Digital Finance as an Executive in Residence to leverage his extensive background in stablecoins, CBDCs, and the integration of digital assets into the global financial ecosystem.
