Arushi Goel was most recently Head of Policy for the Middle East, Africa, Central and South Asia at Chainalysis, based in Dubai, and is now an advisor to the company. She works closely with the public and private sectors on digital assets policy, market development, and stakeholder engagement across the region, while serving as a strategic advisor to central banks, regulators, and leading financial institutions.
Previously, Arushi led data policy and blockchain at the World Economic Forum. Her work focused on data governance and digital assets regulation, including through the Digital Currency Governance Consortium. She began her career in law, serving as a Judge in India before moving into the technology sector, where she worked across India and the GCC.
