With a diverse background in journalism, digital marketing and integrated brand communications, Bessie has spearheaded a multitude of strategy roles across Hong Kong and London from high-level business and service design strategies to building seamless end-to-end customer engagement experiences. She has serviced global, regional and a local portfolio of clientele.
Previous to joining IBM iX, Bessie was the Strategy Lead at Havas Worldwide where she drove brand and business success managing the agency’s largest global accounts including AXA and Kimberly-Clark. Her joining was also a critical step to the Hong Kong office’s transformation under the new global ‘one village’ concept, where she played a key role in bringing together Havas’ creative and media business services together as one agency offering, under one roof.
She also held the role as Head of Integration, a newly created role at WPP’s PR consultancy H+K Strategies working across corporate, financial and technology clients including China Renaissance, HSBC, Huawei and TCL.
She spent majority of her advertising career as a client partner leading brand strategy for Ogilvy & Mather’s largest global FMCG accounts including Unilever, Danone, YUM! Brands and Nestle.
Bessie brings with her 10+ years of brand-building experience from world class 4A’s creative consultancies.
