Fabienne is a Graduate Analyst at Global Digital Finance. She supports programs at the intersection of digital finance, policy, and technology, translating complex developments into clear and practical insights for members. Previously, she assumed leadership of Blue Oceans, a financial technology firm serving capital markets clients, where she managed the transition of leadership, maintained client relationships, and oversaw operations. She also founded an AI driven product venture and guided it from idea to early pilots. Earlier in her career, Fabienne worked in regulatory research at Hogan Lovells in Paris, which strengthened her understanding of European financial frameworks and emerging technologies. Trained in analytics and data science, she enjoys bridging technical detail with strategic outcomes. Fabienne holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and is finishing up an MSc in Business Analytics at Imperial College London.
